Why You Should Never Get Stress and How to Defeat it Every Time?


Stress is our reaction to adverse and undesirable situations in life. It has become a word with negative connotations because of its harmful effects on physical and mental health of men and women around the country. Stress is useful and beneficiary in small quantities to deal with problems in life. But it becomes harmful when it builds up and stays at high levels for a long period of time. You will find your stress levels going down when you are able to relax in this manner.
